WATCH THE NEW TRAILER FOR ‘SPACE/TIME’

The new trailer for SPACE/TIME, directed by Michael O’Halloran, is here.

Set for a cinema release in Australia, followed by a wider Australia and New Zealand digital and DVD release through Umbrella Entertainment, SPACE/TIME offers a new look at the film’s ambitious sci-fi world, large-scale visual effects and high-stakes story of discovery, obsession and survival.

Directed by Michael O’Halloran and co-written with Adam Harmer, SPACE/TIME tells the story of a group of scientists developing an engine for interstellar travel. When a breakthrough leads to a fatal disaster, their project is shut down – and the disgraced team must turn to the criminal underworld to continue their work on a space-time device that could alter the course of history and the future of humanity.

Produced by Mohworks Films, the film stars Ashlee Lollback, Hugh Parker and Pacharo Mzembe, and blends modern sci-fi filmmaking with classic storytelling. Described as Breaking Bad meets Back to the Future, the film balances high-concept ideas with a character-driven narrative, aiming to engage both sci-fi devotees and casual viewers alike.

SPACE/TIME was produced by O’Halloran, Harmer and Jai Hogg, and marks the first feature film for many of the core creative team, including VFX artist Justin Leggereit and composer Adrian Diery. Despite its modest budget, the production features over 800 visual effects shots, completed primarily by Leggereit. The film’s sweeping orchestral score was performed by the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra.
